The Colonial Secretary, Hong Kong, presents

his compliments to the Under Secretary of State

for the Colonies, London, and with reference to the

Governor's secret (2) despatch of the 1st of June,

1938, is directed to forward copy of an expert

calculation by the Assistant Harbour Master which

should have been attached to Enclosure No.4 to that

despatch. The omission is regretted.
